The moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcomed-shout-out to Michael, the bar manager, who was particularly helpful in choosing dinner options. The Inn has been recently renovated, boasting a clean and neat atmosphere throughout. The rooms are spacious, and I appreciated the provided amenities like a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. It's worth noting that while the kitchen wasn't operational during my stay, the bar and lounge area downstairs had a nice vibe, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Location-wise, the Coachman's Inn is spot-on, just a short stroll to shops, coffee spots, and local attractions like the Abbey and Castle, which added to the experience. Breakfast offered a solid selection, including a well-prepared cooked option that was a great way to start my day. For the facilities and attentive service offered, I genuinely believe the Coachman's Inn presents excellent value for those visiting Roscommon.
